Delivery and charges

Items are sourced on demand. We quote US and Canada destinations after checking the exact variant and route. Availability, origin, expected arrival dates, shipping, import charges and any sales tax are disclosed before payment. An inquiry does not reserve stock. We do not promise free shipping or a fixed arrival date from a supplier listing alone.

Payment and seller details

No money is taken for a quote request. Live payments remain unavailable until the merchant account is connected. Before any purchase, you will receive the seller’s verified identity, complete total, terms and a secure payment link. Do not send card details through the request form.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Open your private quote or order link and choose “Request cancellation or report an issue.” Include what happened. A request is recorded for review; it does not automatically cancel a shipment or issue a refund. Eligibility, return destination, deadlines and return costs are stated in the final quote before payment. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Your information

With your consent, we collect your email, destination country and postal code, desired quantity, timing and notes to prepare and fulfill your request. Payment details stay with the payment provider. Shipping information is shared only as needed for fulfillment. We do not sell contact information or use advertising trackers on this pilot.

Your private link is the key to your request; anyone who has it can see the quote and order status. Keep it private. To request correction or deletion of your information, use the issue function on that link. Records that must be kept to fulfill legal or transaction obligations may need to be retained.

Use the private link shown after submitting your request, then select “Request cancellation or report an issue.” No automated email confirmation is sent during this pilot, so save that link. Before submitting a new request, you can add product and sizing questions in the notes.
